Report A Member

Subject: Report A Member Thu Jun 04, 2009 4:48 pm

This is the thread for anyone to settle their previous or current disputes. Please try to avoid un-justified accusing. Provide your evidence as needed. No not post this sort of topic anywhere esle. Once settled, try to "forget" about it. Anything extremly serious will lead to a permanent ban.

Additionally if any ANY one goes all dramatic do not hesitate to post here.
Use this template.

Rank (This is OFFICIAL rank i.e. Tier 4, 5, 6, etc.):
Reason (Drama, assault, etc.):
Description of Incident (i.e. He was acting all crazy just because I said so and so is lame):
Additional Proof (i.e. Screenshots, witnesses, etc.):

if any Clan Leader sees it than they will resolve the issue and post as an edit what happened to the member reported.
(Could look like this)

The reported member has been banned for certain time
The reported member has been banned for ever
The reported member is not in trouble but will receive a warning (or multiple warnings)
The reported member has proof he did not do what you said and now you will be in trouble or all will be forgotten
The reported member is not banned and has proof you were the one doing what you posted and now you will be (banned/Temp Banned)
NOTE: These are just examples of something that could/can happen.

Here could be an example:

Name of Member: Bobby Thorn
Rank: Tier 92
Reason: Assault
Description of Incident: He sexually assaulted Sally Shrew in the chat.
Additional Proof: ScreenShot1 ScreenShot2 ScreenShot3

Staff Member Message: The reported member has been banned for 12 hours and has gotten a rank demotion of 3 tiers. Also he has been banned from the chat for 7 hours.

EDIT: HOW TO GET PROOF IN 4 EASY STEPS
Ok here is how you get proof...

1. Hit the Print Screen button on the page w/ the proof.
2. Paste image into paint.
3. Save and upload on site like photobucket or tinypic.
4. Post here with filled out form.

EDIT 2: IF you have a witness include w/ your proof.

What if theres no proof, like say someone keeps spammin the chat. Would copying the spam he did and pasting it here as evidence count? If an admins reported, what the hell happens then.

Copy and pasting wouldnt work.Thats still no proof.You would need some trustfull people that saw it.

That seems simple enough but wat if u don't Print scrn in time and they have not spammed but talked off the thingy?

Like i already said, i think you would need a witness.

Ok I will update the things but as of now IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROOF BUT A WITNESS TELL WHO THE WITNESS IS.
If you have no proof or witness than no one will be charged with a punishment.
